For remortgage 5-year fixes to 65% LTV the new rate is 1.89% with a £999 fee or 2.09% with no fee.
At 90% LTV, at a product fee of £999, the rate increased from 2.59% to 2.64%. And at the same LTV, but without a product fee, the rate rose by 0.05% from 2.79% to 2.84%.
