MPowered Mortgages has launched a range of ECO products, offering a 0.10% discount for all properties with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A, B, or C.
The discount is available across MPowered Mortgages’ standard range of 2, 5 and 7-year fixed-rate products.
Initial rates start from 2.74% on the 2-year fixed range, 2.84% on the 5-year fixed range, and 2.94% on the 7-year fixed range.
For a limited time, MPowered Mortgages has also introduced free valuations across the entirety of its new ECO EPC range.
