National Counties Building Society, which accepts new business as Family Building Society, will up tracker rates by 0.25% on Christmas Day after the Bank of England raised the base rate last week.
After the change its owner occupier monthly standard variable rate will increase to 4.79%, while its owner occupier annual standard variable rate will increase to 4.69%.
The society's residential investment monthly standard variable rate will rise to 5.54%, whileits residential investment annual standard variable rate will rise to 5.44%.
