Welland has joined from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society to cover the Midlands, Smith was previously at Santander and will cover the M25 and London region and Hancock will cover the South East having joined from BM Solutions.
Newcastle Intermediaries has hired three business development managers in Kate Welland, Oliver Smith and Judi Hancock.

The trio join Francesco Di Pietro, who was hired in 2015 and covers the North and Scotland.
