Openwork has hired Sarah Rodway as a regional recruitment manager – who will focus on bringing new appointed representatives and advisers to the network.
Rodway was previously sales and development manager at Tavistock Financial.
She will report to Stephen Wildgoose, Openwork’s recruitment and growth director.
Wildgoose said: “Openwork has a clear strategy for AR and adviser recruitment over the coming years.
“We are growing adviser numbers every month and receiving increased levels of enquiries from industry professionals seeking to join a successful and profitable network.
“Sarah’s strong experience in financial services recruitment will add great value to our expanding recruitment operation.”
Openwork added five lenders to its panel this year including Tesco Bank and HSBC.
It announced last month it delivered more than £8bn in mortgage completions up to the end of Q3 2016.
