Jon Hall said: “To maintain OSB’s leading position in the competitive specialist lending market, it’s crucial that we have a dedicated focus on coordinated sales management whilst continuously improving the experience of the group’s intermediaries."
OSB Group has revealed a senior intermediary leadership reshuffle, with both Adrian Moloney and Roger Morris taking up new roles.
Moloney has been appointed as group intermediary director, which brings the Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay Commercial brands together under a single intermediary sales leadership.
Morris has been appointed to a newly created role as group lending engagement director, where he will identify and provide key engagement opportunities with intermediaries, and sponsor the delivery against these expectations.
Both Moloney and Morris will continue to report into Jon Hall, group managing director of mortgages.
Hall (pictured) said: “To maintain OSB’s leading position in the competitive specialist lending market, it’s crucial that we have a dedicated focus on coordinated sales management whilst continuously improving the experience of the group’s intermediaries.
"As we enter 2022, I’m really excited by the potential of our team to deliver an even more valued lending service for both intermediaries and our borrowers.’’
