Pepper Homeloans has grown its senior management team by hiring Rob Barnard and Richard Spinks as sales director and director of lending operations.
Barnard will be responsible for Pepper’s distribution and sales strategy, having joined from Aldermore Bank where he was head of business development.
Spinks will take responsibility for mortgage processing, credit and systems and has held senior sales roles with a number of specialist lenders. He was also at Aldermore as operations director for residential and commercial mortgages before joining Saffron Building Society as chief mortgage officer and then programme director.
