Pepper Homeloans has hired a regional development manager for the North from Aldermore.
Ryan Brailsford will support intermediaries and liaise with distribution partners in the North of England.
At Aldermore Brailsford was a business development manager covering the North West, while before that he worked for PruProtect, Direct Mortgage Answers and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Sales director Rob Barnard, whom Brailsford will report to, said: “It’s fantastic to have Ryan on board.
“He brings a wealth of relationship management expertise to the team and will give Pepper the face-to-face coverage we need in the north of the country.”
Pepper Homeloans launched into the UK mortgage market last year with a selection of near-prime products.
Brailsford said: “I’m excited to be joining Pepper at this stage of the company’s evolution and I’m really looking forward to developing key relationships with intermediaries.”
