All hires will report into Campbell Stanners, who joined the group in May as advisory relationships director.
PMS Mortgage Club has appointed four regional key account managers.
Nichola Bell will cover the North of England and Garly Gibb will be responsible for London and East Anglia.
Toni Martin will be responsible for London and the South East whilst Helen Mason will cover the Midlands region.
They will report into Campbell Stanners, who joined the group in May in the newly created role of advisory relationships director at Bankhall and PMS.
Stanners said: “We want to help our members to grow their businesses, with exciting new services backed by expert support.
“The investment our group is making will enable our members to be successful long-term across the full breadth of mortgage-related services that consumers need.”
“Along with new services we are also bringing on board new people with the experience and skills to hit the ground running.
“Expanding our team and broadening our footprint means we will be able to reach out and support more firms across the UK, as well as building deeper relationships with the firms we already serve.
“All of our new account managers have an in-depth understanding of the advisory market and a proven track record in business support.
"They are an excellent addition to the strong team we already have in place at PMS and which we will be investing in further over the coming years.”
Bell joins from Vida Homeloans, where she was a key account manager and Gibb was previously a business development manager at NatWest.
Martin was formerly a business development manager at Together whilst Mason was previously a key relationship manager at Legal & General.
Ross Liston, managing director, Bankhall and PMS, added: “Advisory firms tell us how much they value the consultancy approach our group offers, which is why we are bolstering our business development further.
“PMS is investing in both its field-based and telephone-based support, giving us one of the largest adviser support teams in the UK and demonstrating our huge commitment to the future of advice and being on the broker’s side.
“This latest development is another example of how we are helping our members to thrive and prosper in a competitive market, so that they can achieve their future ambitions.”
