Robert Sterling has hired Stephen Lowe as a senior surveyor.
Lowe (pictured) was previously director of corporate solutions CBRE, including four years managing a portfolio for a large IT company in Hong Kong.
In this new role, Lowe will predominantly be working with lenders on commercial properties in Kent and Essex.
Lowe said: “I felt it was time for a new challenge with a more hands-on approach and I’m excited by the prospect of being involved with projects from conception through to completion.
