Santander are launching a new 85% LTV 2-year fixed rate available for purchase and remortgage.
They are also introducing a new range of zero fee 2 and 5-year fixed products available at 60, 75 and 85% LTV.
The new 85% LTV 2-year fixed product is set at 2.84% with a £999 fee.
Key highlights of the zero fee product range includes a 60% LTV 2-year fixed remortgage product at 1.64% with no fee, a 75% LTV 2-year fixed purchase product at 2.19% with no fee, and a 85% LTV 2-year fixed purchase and remortgage product at 3.14% also with no fee.
The products are available from Tuesday 1 December.
