Sesame Bankhall Group hassigned up toHM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, pledging its commitment to promoting gender diversity.
This pledge will be achieved by having one member of its senior executive team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion and setting internal targets for gender diversity in its senior management.
Thegroup will also publish progress annually against these targets in reports on its website and to ensure the pay of its senior executive team is linked to delivery against these internal targets on gender diversity.
