Caroline Mirakian, formerly of Metro Bank, has joined Shawbrook Bank as head of networks across its commercial mortgages and residential mortgages teams.
Caroline Mirakian, formerly of Metro Bank, has joined Shawbrook Bank as head of networks across its commercial mortgages and residential mortgages teams.
Mirakian has spent the last 15 years in the banking sector, working for financial institutions such as Barclays, RBS and Lloyds. For the past six years she has been head of key accounts for Metro Bank.
During her tenure, she also held the position of head of direct mortgages, managed a BDM team, oversaw the broker helpdesk and undertook other aspects such as marketing and intermediary oversight.
Mirakian said: “Shawbrook really cares and values the relationships it has with the broker community.
