The visual identity of the brand has been changed to a loin within a pink square, with the aim of attracting a wider audience.
The new platform is optimised to cater to high traffic volumes while being responsive. Shawbrook said the platform will evolve as the bank continues to grow.
Richard Armstrong, group head of marketing and communications at Shawbrook, said: “We’re incredibly excited about the launch of our new brand and website which will bring our customers an exceptional experience that accurately reflects the quality of the specialised services and expertise we offer.”
Shawbrook, founded in 2011, works with niche business and consumer markets which are often overlooked by traditional banks.
Armstrong added: “We believe the company has evolved and our brand needed to portray our distinctiveness in the marketplace.
“Alongside our enhanced digital presence, we’ll be looking to further connect with consumers and significantly increase the number of businesses that choose Shawbrook for their funding needs.
“It was clear to us early in the pitch process that 999 and Equator would take a truly collaborative approach to brand and digital – they were the natural choice.”
Aileen Geraghty, managing director at 999 Design, London, part of Equator Group, said: “We undertook a series of workshops with Shawbrook’s business divisions and the closer we got, the clearer it became that our approach should have real standout in the marketplace.”
