Specialist distributor Solent Mortgage Services has made two appointments including Ross Burnett as a business development manager.
Burnett has a strong sales background from Abbey, HSBC, Countrywide, NatWest and Lloyds TSB.
The distributor also hired Kay Sallis, who has sales and administration experience from Woolwich, Santander, UCB and the Good Mortgage Company.
