Rigntmove house prices to increase by 2% in 2017.
Buyer sales rose by 5.2% year-on-year in November despite a 2.1% monthly house price fall, the Rightmove House Price Index has revealed.

Miles Shipside, director at Rightmove said: “After a pause the mass-market seems to have opted firmly for the latter in most parts of the country.
“As we come to the end of the year these figures show high levels of sales agreed and dwindling numbers of homes for sale give a far greater level of reassurance about the outlook for 2017 than was previously available.”
Supply continues to be restricted, with available stock for sale per agent down falling by 5%.
