Teachers Building Society has appointed Michelle Cutler to the newly created role of head of proposition and distribution from LV=.
She will be a member of the society’s executive committee with responsibility for the company’s marketing, intermediary and direct sales functions, while it was said she will be ‘pivotal’ in developing the organisation’s mortgage and savings proposition strategy.
Simon Beresford, chief executive of Teachers Building Society, said: “We have taken this key strategic step in terms of creating this role, in order to shape our intermediary and direct propositions going forwards.

At LV= Cutler had responsibility for the creation and management of a programme of proposition developments via intermediaries, including both new and enhancements to existing products. Before this she was category manager at Just Retirement.
