Teachers is also offering a 3-year fixed rate Help to Buy Mortgage at 2.59% to 75% LTV with no arrangement fee and a £99 application fee.
Teachers Building Society has launched two 3-year fixed rate mortgages – including a 95% LTV deal at 3.99%.
The 95% LTV mortgage comes with an arrangement fee of £899 and an application fee of £99, while after the three year period it will revert to the lender’s standard variable rate (currently 4.74%).
Teachers is also offering a 3-year fixed rate Help to Buy Mortgage at 2.59% to 75% LTV with no arrangement fee and a £99 application fee.
