Tenet has joined Ipswich Building Society’s panel of approved intermediaries.
Gemma Harle (pictured), managing director of TenetLime, said: “The Ipswich offers common sense solutions for underserved yet creditworthy borrowers who find themselves locked out of the mainstream mortgage market.
“This is demonstrated by recently improved lending criteria to accommodate those on zero-hour contracts, plus initiatives for the self-employed, older borrowers and those whose income includes child maintenance payments.”
Richard Norrington, chief executive at Ipswich Building Society, said: “We are continually seeking to improve how we do business and the products that we offer to intermediaries and their clients.
“I am pleased to welcome Tenet on board our panel of nationally approved intermediaries and to be extending the availability of our mortgage products to continue to help those often overlooked by lenders employing an automated approach to lending.”
