The service will launch on Friday 1 November.
The Melton Building Society is launching a new live chat service on their broker website.
Dan Atkinson, head of sales and marketing at The Melton, said: “The society is committed to supporting brokers with digital solutions that make it easier to do business with us.
“We appreciate the time involved in finding a suitable lender for some applications and our live chat service will provide a valuable additional channel to help speed up the process.”
The Melton’s broker live chat service will be available during core opening hours.
