Meanwhile its remortgage 5-year fixes cost 2.14% with a £995 fee and its buy-to-let 2-year fix stands at 2.29% to 60% LTV with no fee.
The lender has also raised the rate of its fee free remortgage 5-year fix at 80% LTV by 0.10% to 2.54%.
