The lender has increased its remortgage 5-year fixes by 0.10% for its fee free productsto 60% LTV and 75% LTV, while its 75% LTV 5-year fix with a £995 fee has seen a rate increase of 0.20%.
TSB has increased fixed rates at 60% and 75% loan-to-value but cut its 95% LTV 2-year fix.
