Remortgage 2-year fixes now stand at 1.54% to 60% loan-to-value and 1.59% to 75% LTV with a £995, with fee-free versions standing at 1.94% to 60% LTV and 1.99% to 75% LTV.
TSB has increased its 2 and 3-year fixes by 0.10% the day after the Bank of England increased interest rates by 0.25%.

The lender’s remortgage 3-year fixes stand at 1.74% to 60% LTV and 1.79% to 75% LTV with a £995 fee, while fee-free versions are priced at 2.04% to 60% LTV and 2.09% to 75% LTV.
