Twenty7Tec has unveiled its Future Demands anthology which provides insights on the housing and mortgage markets in 2021 and future predictions.
The anthology comprises a number of forward-thinking essays written by prominent figures in the sector.
Aside from opinions published by the Twenty7Tec senior management team, other contributors include RT Hon Christopher Pincher MP, Minister of State for Housing David Plumtree and Maria Harris, non-executive director at United Trust Bank amongst many others.
James Tucker, chief executive of Twenty7Tec, said:“We are proud to launch our Future Demands anthology today.
"It has been a pleasure to work with the team at Twenty7Tec and all of our contributors on this exciting project.
"We wanted to provide a place where informed mortgage and property thinkers and experts could share their ideas and start conversations about the state of the mortgage and property market today.
"There is no denying that 2020 has been a turbulent year for everyone.
"However, amidst a global pandemic and the UK’s journey in to a post-Brexit world there is still light at the end of the tunnel.
"Our data clearly shows that not all is doom and gloom.
"The world is changing and so are we.”
