This allows brokers to deliver a digital journey for remortgage cases.
Conveyancing technology provider ULS technology has launched DigitalMove Remortgage for all partner networks and eConveyancer brokers.
This allows brokers to deliver a digital journey for fixed fee, variable fee and cashback remortgage cases.
Pilot phase data shows the average time taken to complete and return welcome packs on remortgage cases dropped from 22 days to six days with DigitalMove.
Steve Goodall (pictured), chief executive at ULS technology, said: “DigitalMove is the future of conveyancing and we are seeing some remarkable reductions in the time it takes to complete key parts of the process, compared with non-DigitalMove cases.
“DigitalMove Remortgage enables brokers to offer these benefits to a wider range of customers, helping them provide the best possible customer journey.”
ULS technology has said it allows key parts of the legal work to be completed sooner and improves security and transparency for all parties involved.
Tammy Jones, partner at BB Legal, added: “As a law firm that always puts customer service at the heart of what we do, myself and the team have been working with ULS Technology and using their portal, DigitalMove.
“I believe conveyancing is fast-becoming a digital process, with more clarity and less paperwork so online portals are the way forward.
“Online portals will help clients and solicitors alike make the transition to online conveyancing with efficiency and ease.”
As part of the rollout, DigitalMove for sale and purchase cases is also now available for all brokers introducing work to ULS technology firms.
