The real estate developer has purchased Grade II listed building The Moat House, at Lichfield Road.
Real estate developer Urban Village Capital has completed the £1.35m acquisition of a historic building, The Moat House, at Lichfield Road, from Sutton Coldfield College.
The company will be based at The Moat House, while offices in the main building and adjoining converted stables will be available to rent.

The Moat House is a Grade II listed building located in the Anchorage Road conservation area.
