Shard has worked with Vernon for 14 years, most recently as an underwriter.
Shard said of her appointment: “I can’t wait to get started in this new position, supporting the growing intermediary mortgage team at Vernon.
“It’s an exciting time to be part of this small but ambitious mutual and I look forward to meeting and speaking to brokers about their clients’ mortgage needs.”
