The lender has launched products and cut rates within its Help to Buy range.
Vida Homeloans has refreshed its Help to Buy range.
The lender has cut its Help to Buy purchase and remortgage products by 0.31% with rates starting from 3.67%.
Vida has also launched a 2-year fixed rate range based on its 4.8% Revert Rate Special, which has been extended to all tiers.
Louisa Sedgwick, director of sales – mortgages, at Vida Homeloans, said: “The UK saw over 52,000 new home purchases completed under the Help to Buy scheme in the year up to March 2019, an increase of 9% compared with the year before.
“It’s clear the much-loved Help to Buy scheme continues to prove its value, helping thousands of people to secure their first home.
“We are pleased to be refreshing our Help to Buy proposition, offering even better rates to further support this evolving and resilient sector of the market.”
The lender’s Help to Buy offering is available up to 75% LTV in England and Wales and 80% for a Scottish purchase.
Vida also offers 85% LTV remortgages when staircasing.
Vida Homeloans’s new build process includes a new build underwriting team and a fast-tracked initial offer lasting six months which can be extended.
The minimum income level requirement for all loans is £15,000 and up to four separate incomes can be accepted for Help to Buy products.
