Ashley Price has been promoted from head of YBS share plans.
Yorkshire Building Society has promoted Ashley Price to director of partnerships.
Price (pictured) has worked at the society for almost 30 years in a number of jobs. He has been promoted from head of YBS share plans, a role which he will also continue.
He said: “I’m delighted to be appointed to this new role. It’s a really interesting time for financial services, with the strategic landscape presenting a wealth of opportunity for building societies and challenger banks.
“I’m looking forward to enabling the society to build strategic partnerships and grow into areas which can deliver new ways of helping our existing and future members with their financial goals.”
Mike Regnier, chief executive at Yorkshire Building Society, added: “Expanding to provide additional help to new and existing members is one of our key areas of focus.
“I’m very confident that Ashley’s leadership skills and extensive experience and expertise in creating and maintaining business to business partnerships will be vital in enabling us to build lasting relationships to help us grow.”
