The Money Group and Norton Home Loans are to play a charity football match to support two local charities.
The Money Group will be playing an 11-a-side charity football match with Norton Finance at the now League One Rotherham United’s AESSEAL New York Stadium on Friday 24 May.
The event will take place from 5:30pm until 9pm and comprise of the match and raffles.
Local charities Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and Dan's Helping Hand will receive half of the total money raised.
Director of The Money Group Scott Thorpe has predicted 120 people will attend the match.
He said: “This is a chance for the industry to get involved in supporting two great local charities. We pride ourselves as being part of a great community and helping those around us, so we urge as many people as possible to attend what will be a great night.”
David Binney, national business development manager at Norton Home Loans, added: “This match brings together two companies in support of two local charities doing great work for children, young adults and their families.
“We are delighted to be taking part and doing our best to raise awareness and money through the event as well as claiming local bragging rights!”
