Dudley Building Society has expanded its network by adding specialist finance broker Aria Finance to its approved packager panel.
The mutual said Aria Finance, with its expertise in assisting brokers with specialist mortgage cases, complements its offerings that cater to borrowers with unique financial situations.
The building society provides an array of mortgage options for groups such as expatriates, self-employed individuals, and those approaching or in retirement, and is also noted for its adaptability in dealing with properties that have unconventional construction, including holiday lets and self-build projects.
