Mortgage lender Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced that it is hosting a special development finance event for brokers.
The masterclass, to be held on September 27 in Central London, is designed to provide an introduction to development finance for brokers who have had some level of experience and exposure to development finance enquiries and would like to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the sector.
Brokers can join members of the HTB development finance team, as well as guest speakers for a day of networking, learning, and practical advice.
Topics will include top underwriting secrets, development finance enquiries, construction training, and legal due diligence. Interested brokers may now register online.
“It has never been a more important time for brokers to finetune their development finance knowledge in the pursuit of supporting housebuilders and the supply of new homes in general,” commented Alex Upton (pictured), managing director of development finance at Hampshire Trust Bank.
