More brokers will be able to obtain the lender's range of bridging, BTL, and specialist finance products
Specialist lender Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has announced its recent addition to the lender panel of commercial mortgage network Optimum ELITE.
As a result of the partnership, Optimum ELITE’s network of intermediaries and brokers gained access to MFS’ range of bridging loans, buy-to-let mortgages, and specialist finance products.
With over 100 years of experience in the commercial lending space, Optimum ELITE’s network of brokers provides financial solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries.
MFS specialises in handling large loans at pace, offering loans up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months. The company also works with foreign national applicants, or those who have adverse credit histories.
The London-based specialist lender is currently sitting on more than £1 billion in funding and is on track to achieve its goal of growing its loan book to £1.5 billion by the end of 2023.
“At MFS, our customer service and ability to take on cases other lenders might shy away from is what sets us apart,” commented Karen Rodrigues (pictured), head of national accounts at Market Financial Solutions. “Taking an innovative approach to lending, our experienced underwriters can navigate all the challenges that a case – and indeed the current economic landscape – might present. We always go the extra mile to make a deal happen.
“We look forward to working closely with Optimum ELITE, ensuring a wider range of brokers can access our leading specialist finance products. Brokers need optionality in the current climate, and we are ready to support their clients in a challenging market with fast and flexible loans, regardless of how complex a borrower’s needs might be.”
Meg Burgoyne, business development manager at Optimum ELITE, added that they were excited to welcome MFS to their lender panel.
“MFS bring an innovative and comprehensive range of products to the table that allow us to further diversify our panel and empower our brokers to provide clients with a market leading service,” Burgoyne said. “We are very much looking forward to building long-term relationships with the team at MFS.”
