Together expands distribution with HLPartnership deal

Specialist lender Together has partnered with HLPartnership (HLP) to expand its distribution network across the UK.

As part of the collaboration, Together’s regulated first charge mortgages, buy-to-let and consumer BTL products will now be accessible to more than 900 advisers from nearly 500 appointed representative (AR) firms within HLP’s network. Collectively, these firms processed over £12 billion in applications last year.

In addition, Together’s specialist offerings, such as bridging loans, commercial term loans, and second charge loans, will be available through HLP’s approved panel of packaging partners.

“Our team at Together has been working alongside HLP as a key distribution partner to develop a portal aimed at supporting network and club brokers,” said Nick Parker (pictured), head of networks and clubs at Together. “The portal will enable HLP advisers to submit applications to Together for clients seeking Together’s products.

“HLP is one of the most recognised and respected networks in the industry, and we’re proud to be able to offer our products to nearly 1,000 advisers in its network.”

Neil Hoare, commercial director at HLPartnership, said they were delighted to be partnering with Together.

“At our recent round of roadshows, Together’s new product range has been positively received with advisers already identifying potential customers they can place with the lender,” he added. “HLP has already established a strong working relationship which can really deliver great customer outcomes.”

Aside from the partnership, Together has announced the appointment of Kay Richardson as national account manager at Together.

Bringing over 30 years of experience, Richardson joins Together from Molo, where she served as senior business development manager. She has previously held various roles, including running her own brokerage, BlueDoor Mortgages, and working as an equity release adviser at Key Retirement Solutions.

In her new role, she will work alongside Andrew Douglas, Together’s existing national account manager, to support partnerships with networks and clubs.

“I’m really looking forward to the new challenge at Together,” Richardson said. “I will also be further expanding my knowledge of bridging and commercial lending at one of the UK’s leading specialist finance providers, to help more brokers’ customers achieve their ambitions.”
