The new deals have a loan to value of 99 per cent with an arrangement fee of one per cent which can be added to the loan.
There is a five year fixed rate at 5.99 per cent, a three year fixed at 6.05 per cent and a two year fixed at 6.05 per cent. The Mortgage Works has also enhanced the procuration fee on all new 100 per cent mortgage applications from 0.30 per cent to 0.35 per cent.
Andy McQueen, director of marketing at The Mortgage Works, said: "The new loans are ideal for first-time buyers or those coming back into the market who may have a small deposit but not enough for the traditional 95% LTV loans."
