The site estimates that over 50,000 unique users each month who have tried the address in the past will now be able to access mortgages from over 25 lenders.
NewFinance, the intermediary group behind the site are hoping for a slice of the £100m of mortgage business a year by converting solid leads from the site into completed deals.
Dominic Wightman, chief executive of NewFinance, said: "Mortgages.co.uk is one of the most popular personal finance related sites around. It also benefits from conversion rates that are typically higher than standard traffic originating from search engines or offline marketing. This deal puts the consumer demand in touch with vital advice and services, representing good news all round - helping the consumer, creating a business opportunity for Moneyquest, and of course adding another chapter to the NewFinance story."
