Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are given preferential opportunities to build closer working relationships with Microsoft through joint marketing ventures. They must enrol in at least one Microsoft Competancy and in return, are guaranteed phone-based management from Microsoft as well as other benefits.
1st has also completed TickIT registration at ISO9001 level , the management system certification for software producers and service suppliers, for its development services, The TickIT Scheme, an extension to the standard ISO 9000 management system certification is geared to organisations where the primary business is the development and distribution of software products, the operation of data centres and the provision of information services. The scheme provides best practices for design, development and support of software in the a variety of applications.
