The project is collaboration between commercial property specialists, Commercial First, Stewart Title Ltd and Barnetts Solicitors.
Concentrating on the aim that everybody involved in the transaction is working towards the same goal it has been possible to drastically reduce the lead times between mortgage offer and release of funds.
This has enabled many businesses including hotels, guest houses, retail units and farms to secure speedy access to essential new finance.
