Rates on the purchase/remortgage range start from 4.75% for a 2 year fixed and are available up to 95% LTV. For Buy to Let the rates start available are 5.45% for a 2 yr fixed up to 85% LTV and 5.35% fixed for 3yr’s. Finally the Self Cert rates range from 5.29% to 5.75% for a 2yr fixed dependent on LTV.
