Both are 3-year fixes without any fee and have either the Remortgage Solution which includes free valuation and free legals or the Homebuyer Solution which includes free valuation and £250 cashback on completion. The rate is 4.59 per cent up to 75 per cent loan-to value.
Abbey is also reducing the rate on the 2 and 3-year 60 per cent loan-to-value remortgage products. The 2-year fix is now 3.84 per cent with a £995 fee and the 3-year fix at 4.14 per cent with a £995 fee.
Abbey has a special limited offer for customers on its 2-year tracker with no fee at 4.09 per cent with a 60 per cent loan-to-value.
