Highlights include:
- * 2 and 5 year fixed rates available from 4.64% - reduced by up to 0.45%
- * Stepped fixed rate now starts at 3.69% - reduced by 0.30%
- * 6 month fixed rate Flexible Plus mortgage now 4.49% - reduced by 0.05%
Gary Hockey-Morley, Abbey's Director of Mortgages, said: "Fixed rates have been falling for some time and we are making sure that Abbey is offering some of the lowest deals available. Our fixed rates are now the lowest they have been since October 2003 but we' ve also got great deals on tracker, flexible and cashback mortgages."
