The club has a lender panel of 26 and claims it will provide members with exclusive products, as well as enhanced procuration fees.
Scottish Provident will provide insurance products.
Mark Evans, head of The Mortgage Alliance, said: “We are currently in negotiation with third-party suppliers who will provide compliance support, training and other services for our members.”
The full range of services and costings will be revealed over the next couple of weeks.
The club will offer a customised sourcing system provided by Trigold, which will be white labelled for member firms.
Commenting on the decision not to apply for Principal status Ambrose McGinn, director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “We don’t compete with our customers. It’s as simple as that.”
