Initiative aims to boost collaboration and lead sharing across firm's national broker network

Mortgage and protection brokerage Access Financial Services (Access FS) has launched a new internal referral scheme, Access All Areas, aimed at boosting collaboration among its network of more than 260 self-employed mortgage and protection advisers.
The programme enables advisers to share client referrals with colleagues when opportunities fall outside their own area of expertise. According to the firm, the initiative is designed to create a more collaborative culture, allowing advisers to tap into a broader pool of knowledge and skills within the organisation.
A pilot of the scheme began in early February and included a series of webinars to expand advisers’ understanding of financial products beyond their usual focus. These sessions covered a range of services, including wills, later life lending, second charges, commercial lending, bridging finance and international mortgages.
During the pilot, 50 referrals were made between advisers, demonstrating what the company described as strong engagement and a wide scope of potential use.
“The pilot was a huge success, completely exceeding our expectations in terms of participation and results,” said Nick Jones (pictured), mortgage sales and marketing director at Access Financial Services. “We had great engagement with protection and mortgage brokers, who embraced the opportunity to collaborate and expand their horizons.
“Access All Areas not only strengthens our team but also ensures our clients receive the most comprehensive and tailored financial solutions possible. It reflects our commitment to innovation and teamwork – and I’m thrilled to see it take off as a cornerstone of our operations moving forward.”
According to Jones, the scheme’s wider rollout follows strong feedback from the trial and is aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.
“Access FS is disrupting the market and expanding rapidly – a key factor in this success is our commitment to supporting advisers in their development and helping them grow,” he said.
