Accord will now offer a 2-year fixed rate at 2.74%, a 3-year fixed rate at 2.94% and a 5-year fixed rate at 3.39%. All three have a £845 product fee.
Toni Roberts, product manager at Accord Mortgages, said: “We have range of competitive mortgages available up to 90% loan to value and are now introducing these three products at the 80% level.
“We always listen to feedback from brokers and customers and we know they will welcome the increased choice and wider range of competitive products we offer.”
The full range is available for both residential house purchases and remortgages.
