New home prices still falling
Data released from SmartNewHomes.com, the new homes website, reveals that new home prices in the UK fell by 1.5 per cent over the last month with prices now 2.6 per cent lower than a year ago.
However with demand for new homes still high, prices look likely to increase in the next few months.
CoI opend door to mortgage brokers
