Accord said that intermediaries feedback has formed the blueprint for the new look, which has gone live today.
New features include the ‘MyAccord’ function which allows users to personalise the site and prioritise particular pages and tools they use most and improved compatibility for users with smartphones and tablets.
The homepage now contains the latest news on product launches, criteria and policy updates, as well as a clearer service standard feature, which Accord’s research indicated was closest to the hearts of most brokers.
Marie O’Reilly, marketing manager at Accord, said: “We’re delighted with the improvements. We’ve used the feedback from intermediaries to create a fresh new look, which will make it much easier for brokers to navigate and pin point the information they need.
“This is not the end of the process, though. We will continue to develop and update the site to reflect the changing needs of brokers and customers.”
