It will allow brokers to source products with ease
Acre, an intermediary platform, has announced a partnership with Nationwide Building Society which will allow brokers to be able to use Acre’s platform to easily access mortgages.
Acre Founder and CEO Justus Brown said the firm was improving its platforms to better accommodate the needs of brokers.
“We are constantly evolving the platform’s tech to help brokers work smarter and faster to deliver better outcomes for clients,” said Brown.
“Nationwide is one of the UK’s leading lenders and we are excited to not just integrate them into Acre but also work with them in partnership to make the task of finding and securing the best product less time consuming and have mortgages agreed at the click of a button.”
Through the partnership, Acre brokers will be able to connect with Nationwide through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), which can help them save up to 45 minutes for every case. Through the use of Acre’s accurate fact find and unique verification capabilities, Nationwide’s residential cases can be submitted with ease.
“New tech integrations, like this one with Acre, makes it easier for brokers to do business with us and improves the service overall,” said Andy Tilsley, intermediary digital relationships lead at Nationwide Building Society. “Acre’s proposition means brokers are assured they have all the right information in one place to ensure a smoother mortgage process with us and get to a Decision-in-Principle quicker than ever before.”
The partnership will also see Acre and Nationwide collaborate to provide features such as full mortgage application submission, document upload, and case tracking through APIs to the intermediary platform, which will help clients have improved experiences as well as have faster case applications.
As an intermediary platform, Acre uses blockchain technology in order to put detailed consumer and property data in getting a mortgage.
Nationwide Building Society is the world’s largest building society, with 16 million customers. It is one of the largest providers for mortgages, savings, and current accounts in the UK.
