It also announces the launch of Active Network
Mortgage and protection company Active Financial has appointed Daniel Mach as chief operating officer, tasked with running the Essex head office and managing remote workers while streamlining the firm’s systems and procedures.
Mach’s 20-year career includes time at recognised London brokerages Alexander Hall, Enness Global, and Knight Frank Finance, as well as consulting at Octopus Capital, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and JLM Mortgage Services.
His role will build on the strong foundations managing director Gary Das has created since 2016 so they can both deliver the vision of growing the adviser team, expanding into new areas like wills and estate planning, and offering a fresh approach to the mortgage network market.
The team at Active Financial helps self-employed business owners to buy and invest in property by arranging mortgages and property finance. Active Financial also supports advisers through coaching on brand building, marketing, lead generation, and franchise opportunities.
Meanwhile, the launch of Active Network offers a truly bespoke home for firms with a practical, common-sense approach to compliance and social media marketing, with the freedom to choose every aspect of how an appointed representative wants to run their business. This includes the technology, CRM, clubs, fees, and charging model the appointed representative wants.
To complete the ecosystem of businesses is the Estate Planning Pro business for training and accrediting advisers as Will Writers, and Financial PRO, which offer accredited training on social media marketing and fast business growth.
In particular, Financial PRO’s product, The PRO Academy, is responsible for helping hundreds of advisers to add significant revenue to their business.
Das said membership is currently closed to new members, but it is reopening with new deliverables and clearer outcomes in the third quarter of this year.
