She will report to sales director Pete Bass.
Claire, a senior lending specialiast, will be responsible for standards of service to all brokers and intermediaries. With the support of her team, she will help to bridge the gap between the role of an external business development managers (BDM) and the role of the head office.
Prior to joining Advantage, Claire held positions at Alliance and Leicester, firstly as the senior manager for the MortgageDirect business before switching to handle the launch of the Alliance and Leicester’s Current Accounts Direct. Her previous career history includes mortgage sales manager for HBOS.
