Formerly National Sales Manager at Preferred, Mick will be responsible for growing the strong sales team covering intermediaries in the South of England. Mick will report to Peter Bass, sales director.
Mick has spent over 18 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Advantage, he held positions as regional and national sales manager for a number of non-conforming mortgage lenders and has also worked as a mortgage broker and financial consultant.
